Darin Speight

Darin Speight is the founder of Speight & Associates. He has been in business since 1991 and began his life insurance career in individual sales with London Life. In 1993 he became a member of London Life’s management team and in 1995 returned to individual sales. By the year 2000, Darin became a member of the Wealth & Estate Planning Group (a part of Freedom 55 Financial, a division of London Life insurance company), and in 2001 established Speight & Associates to accommodate the growing needs of his clients.

Ron Morris
Financial Security Advisor

Ron Morris began his life insurance career in 1970 with London Life. From 1970 to 1993, Ron divided his time between independent sales and management, hiring and training Darin Speight as part of his team in 1991. In 2002 Ron retired from London Life and joined Speight & Associates where he currently maintains and services his existing book of business and specializes in group benefits.

Claude Nembhard
Financial Security Advisor

Claude Nembhard has been in the financial services industry for 17 years.   His experience has taken him from one of the big 5 banks, to one of Largest Independent Financial advisor firms in Canada to  his current position at Speight and Associates Inc.

At Speight and Associates Inc., Claude will continue to help families, individuals, and companies fulfill there financials objectives.  A through process is in place to meet client objectives.

Claude has experience with various financial products and Insurance products widely used throughout the industry.

Claude has an Honors BA in economics and is pursing his CFP and CLU designations.
